Founder & Executive Director
Niyah George founded Love in Action Foundation with a vision of building stronger communities through meaningful connection, practical support, and access to opportunity. She guides the foundation’s mission and strategic direction, bringing a hands-on approach to youth development, community wellness, and partnerships. Her leadership is rooted in the belief that lasting change begins when people come together to invest in one another.
Krispin Watson
Administrative Director
Krispin Watson serves as Administrative Director of Love in Action Foundation, bringing a purposeful approach to organizational leadership, partnership development, and community engagement. She supports the foundation’s continued growth by strengthening relationships and advancing opportunities that align with its mission. Her leadership reflects a commitment to building a connected, effective organization that serves its community with purpose.
BreAntra Jackson
Chief Operating Officer
BreAntra Jackson oversees daily operations and supports program development, outreach, and communications for Love in Action Foundation. She brings structure, creativity, and compassion to the work of connecting young people and families with meaningful support. Through her leadership in operations and community engagement, she helps turn the foundation’s vision into organized, purposeful action.

Chief Financial Officer
Karterra Gibbs leads financial planning and stewardship for Love in Action Foundation, helping ensure its resources support both immediate community needs and long-term sustainability. Her approach emphasizes accountability, transparency, and thoughtful financial management. She plays an essential role in strengthening the foundation’s capacity to grow and carry out its mission.
